friday was my sister's prom so my family decided to go to orchard since she was going to far east to get her hair done. we went to scotts food court's pastamania but then as it was raining, i slipped and fell while walking down the stairs. no prizes for guessing what happened. i hurt myself. i landed on my right hand to instinctively break the fall and then a searing pain shot through my arm and i started crying. urgh. embarrasing please! but it was seriously hurting so much and all. my mum quickly helped me and numbed my hand to stop the pain but it didnt work. so while my sister did her hair, mum brought me to the doctor. but the doctor told us he couldnt do anything now and i had to come back on saturday. i had to skip dance and they learned new steps. darn.
i decided to stay at justine's house as planned cos it wouldnt have made a difference if i stayed at her house or at home. it was fun. justine, isabel, jaime and i watched click and did the notebook thing. justine did most of my work. thank you! then we went to her room to talk and give prank calls. oh, i love justine's shoes. they're gorgeous. and her newly revamped room is so nice! we gave so many prank calls it was insane. so many 'fuck offs'. i swear justine has the funniest imitation thinggy ever and we all laughed so much.
at 4am we went down to eat roti prata that justine's brother had bought and then we watched you, me and dupree till 5am. well, everyone except isabel had fallen asleep while watching the movie and then we went up to sleep. at 9am mum called me and said she'd pick me up at 11.15am for an appointment at gleneagles hospital so i had to get ready. everyone was still asleep when it was time for me to leave so i decided not to wake anyone up.
so i had an x ray andmy mone was a bit cracked and i have to wear a cast for 3 weeks to a month. I CANT DANCE OR USE MY RIGHT HAND TILL THEN. i have to type with one bloody left pathetic hand, eat with that left pathetic hand and do anything else with only that left pathetic hand. oh gosh. im screwed. and tomorrow im going to malaysia.
lesson learnt:never wear black converse shoes on a rainy day.
